This beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining area, full kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, air condition, cd player, large veranda, private pier with palapa perfect for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, sunbathing, or relaxing in the hammocks. Sleeps up to 14.

Located approximately 3 1/2 miles south of town, there is easy access by bicycle, golf cart or taxi.

Complimentary bicycles available.

Private white sandy beach, 4 minutes boat ride to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark/Ray Alley world renowned snorkel stops. Tour boats will pick you up and drop you off right at the end of the pier.

The rates for Casa de Lisa (sleeps 14 people) are as follows:

DAILY LOW SEASON RATES
16th June to 14th November

1-2 guest per night $185.00 U.S.

$25.00 U.S. per night/per person for additional guest.

DAILY HIGH SEASON RATES
15th November to 15th June

1-2 guest per night $200.00 U.S.

$25.00 U.S. per night/per person for additional guest.

9% Hotel Tax not included
Maid service available upon request.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

20% deposit required when making reservations.
Balance of total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee for cancellations prior to 60 days prior to arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
No refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
