M & M Rentals Beach House - Hol Chan Reef Resort

This modern privately owned home is located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a beautiful quiet area with a magnificent view of the sea and reef.

There is easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. There is a grocery store within ½ mile and restaurants within 1-1.5 miles. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier.

This accommodation is very spacious with three bedrooms and includes two queen beds and two twin beds.The rental comes fully equipped including full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinets, two full baths, two cable TV, dining area, living room, air conditioning in all the rooms, large verandah with a view of the sea & reef, pier where you may swim & snorkel, freshwater infinity edge pool with a swim-up bar, and BBQ area on the deck, rooftop deck perfect for star gazing, enjoying the sunrise & sunset and BBQ to enjoy cooking outdoors .The beach area is lovely with white sandy beach and there are lounge chairs on the beach area and pool deck.

From Belize International you can either fly direct to San Pedro or take the ferry. If you fly direct the round trip airfare is US$122.50 per person, flight time 15 minutes. If you decide to fly direct to the island we can arrange for your flight from this end. For ferry service there are taxis just outside the airport, which will take you to the ferry terminal in Belize City. The round trip ferry fare per person is US$45.00 and it takes 1 1/2 hrs. by boat to the island.

Hol Chan Reef Resort twin beds Another option available is to take a water taxi directly to the pier at your rental so you don’t have to deal with transfers to a land taxi when you arrive in San Pedro. The water taxi takes approx. 1 hour and the cost per person is US$125.00 (this includes a free rum punch). When you arrive in San Pedro by local plane or ferry we will arrange for a taxi to pick you up and transport you to Hol Chan Reef Resort. The taxi fare to Hol Chan is US$10.00. Upon arrival our rental manager will greet you, check you in and give you information about the island.

For all excursions including diving, fishing, Mayan Sites, zip lining, cave tubing, Belize Zoo, beach BBQ, Manatee watching, bird watching, day trips to Caye Caulker, half or full day snorkeling Trips etc. we recommend Suya Tours. Golf carts are nice to have to grocery shop, have meals, explore the island and enjoy the nightlife. If you decide to rent a golf cart I can arrange to have it delivered to Hol Chan Reef Resort upon your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Any cancellations 75 days prior to arrival date, full refund minus US$100.00 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations 60-75 days prior to arrival date 50% refund
Any cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival date no refund.
