This condo resort is located directly on the beach in a beautiful quiet area with a magnificent view of the sea and reef. Each of the suites is privately owned and decorated with class. We have one, two, or three bedroom suites all with an oceanfront view. Each accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, cable TV, central air conditioning, private veranda with a view of the sea and reef, pier where you may swim and snorkel, and a freshwater pool. Sunset Beach is located just 3 miles south of San Pedro Town with easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. We have complimentary bicycles. For your convenience there is a restaurant/bar located next door and the nearest and restaurants and grocery store are one mile away. Wireless internet access available with your own computer. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier. The beach is lovely with white sand and there are lounge chairs and hammocks on the beach and pool area.
From Belize International you can either fly directly to Ambergris Caye or take the ferry. To fly direct the r/t airfare is US$129.00 per person and the flight time 15 mins. For ferry service you can take a taxi just outside the airport to the ferry terminal in Belize City. The ferry fare is US$25 r/t per person and it takes 1 hour by boat to Ambergris Caye.
M&M Rentals is located in Belize and our staff is available to assist you from the moment you arrive in San Pedro.
We will arrange for a taxi to pick you up prior to your arrival either at the local airport or ferry terminal in San Pedro. The taxi fare is US$10. to Sunset Beach. Upon arrival our staff will greet you with the keys and information about the island such as where to grocery shop, recommended restaurants, nightlife, tours etc.
For tours such as snorkeling, fishing, Mayan sites, manatee watching, day trips to Caye Caulker, beach BBQ's etc. our onsite tour company Suya Tours can assist you with tour information. Carlos the owner of Suya Tours will stop by in person to discuss the different tours.
When making a reservation we require a 20% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We can assist in reserving seats on the local airline and golf cart rentals.
